Tilitaikurit is a Finnish franchise for small and medium sized accounting firms. The company has two customer groups: accounting firms, who are considering joining the franchise, and companies, who are looking for accounting services. The customers looking for accounting services are directed to the franchise’s accounting firms.
Challenge
The primary problem of the old website that it only spoke to the account firms and the accounting weren’t mentioned at all. With the new website, it was very important that both customer groups are clearly separated.
Solution
We built them a site, that directs both customer groups to the right path. The customer groups are clearly separated and the site is seamless to navigate.
Companies looking for accounting services can now order the accounting services directly from the new website. Upon the completion of a form, an automatic email is sent to them, containing a PDF-based form to fill out. This automation saves a lot of time and improves the customer experience.
In addition to this, the website’s design, accessibility, and loading speed were improved.
